Stare Into the Void and Then Get On With Your Day is both instruction and affirmation. It acknowledges the daily confrontation with meaninglessness, anxiety..or just the overwhelming weirdness of being alive - and then suggests you have a cup of coffee and reply to some emails.

The piece blends existential dread with practical resilience. It doesn’t offer comfort, resolution or enlightenment. It just sits there, like the void does, while you blink at it and remember you’ve got things to do.

Call it a deadpan meditation aid for the mildly unravelling - you looked., you felt something (or didn’t). Now carry on.
