Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide from printers in YOUR your country (or as close as I can get!). This allows me to cut down emissions and helps you (and me) feel less guilty about how we treat our planet.

I've never bought anything from Australia before, are there tariffs? Customs forms? Spiders?

So because I work with trusted printers around the world, your order is usually produced and shipped locally. That means no overseas customs forms, no surprise tariffs - and a much smaller carbon footprint. Plus, local printing greatly reduces the risk of stowaway spiders. The last thing you want arriving with your print is a Redbacked Gargantuan Web Goblin.

Your art is printed on Hahnemühle German etching, what is that?

It's a heavy-duty paper with a slightly textured finish. It has a velvety matte surface, is vegan certified and has a warm white hue. Basically it's really nice!

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept various payment methods, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.

What if my order gets lost or damaged?

I’ve shipped hundreds of prints. 99.99% arrive perfectly. If yours doesn’t, I’ll replace it for free. Every print is made to order, so all sales are final - but if anything goes wrong, I’ll make it right.

Can I commission a custom piece from you?

Yes! If I have time and I'm not working on an exhibition I LOVE doing commissions. If you're interested in commissioning a piece, it's recommended to reach out directly through the contact page to discuss your ideas and requirements.
