Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Open Editions ship worldwide from printers in YOUR country (or as close as I can get!). This allows me to cut down emissions and helps you (and me) feel less guilty about how we treat our planet.
Limited Editions and Original Paintings ship directly from my studio in Australia.
I've never bought anything from Australia before, are there tariffs? Customs forms?
When I ship items myself internationally, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees depending on your country. Australia Post requires a customs declaration form for all international parcels, which I fill out for you.
USA: Some buyers may pay import tax on delivery, depending on state rules - or if your President has decided you need to pay tariffs on products from Australia this week.
NZ & other countries: Your postal service may apply duties or GST - but this is unlikely.
With my Open Editions I work with trusted printers around the world, so your order is usually produced and shipped locally. That means no overseas customs forms or tariffs.
Your Open Editions are printed on Hahnemühle German etching, what is that?
It's a heavy-duty paper with a slightly textured finish. It has a velvety matte surface, is vegan certified and has a warm white hue. Basically it's really nice!
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept various payment methods, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.
What if my order gets lost or damaged?
I’ve shipped hundreds of prints. 99.99% arrive perfectly. If yours doesn’t, I’ll replace it for free. Every print is made to order, so all sales are final - but if anything goes wrong, I’ll make it right.
Originals and Limited Editions are shipped fully insured. In the unlikely event that these are lost or damaged in transit, the insurance covers the value of the work and I’ll work with you to resolve it so you’re not out of pocket.
Can I commission a custom piece from you?
Yes! If I have time and I'm not working on an exhibition I LOVE doing commissions. If you're interested in commissioning a piece, it's recommended to reach out directly through the contact page to discuss your ideas and requirements.
