How quickly do you ship orders?

All orders are packed and shipped from my studio in Australia. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept various payment methods, including American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercardl, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.

What if my order gets lost or damaged?

I’ve shipped hundreds of prints. 99.99% arrive perfectly. If yours doesn’t, I’ll replace it for free. All orders are shipped with tracking via Auspost but if anything goes wrong, I’ll make it right.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship internationally. Due to changing customs regulations, import taxes and shipping requirements in some countries, international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Can I commission a custom piece from you?

Yes! If I have time and I'm not working on an exhibition I LOVE doing commissions. If you're interested in commissioning a piece, it's recommended to reach out directly through the contact page to discuss your ideas and requirements.
